Questions
What is a token?
Tokens are the small pieces of text AI models read and write, about three quarters of a word each. Every reply counts what your assistant reads, such as its instructions, what it knows and the conversation so far, plus what it writes. Genius uses tokens faster than the other models, and the app shows this when you choose it.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your assistants pause until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted, and they start replying again as soon as your subscription begins.
Can I add it to my website?
Yes. Copy the snippet from your assistant’s Share tab into your site and a chat button appears in the corner of your pages. Your assistant also has its own page you can link to.
Can I see what visitors ask my assistant?
No. To protect your visitors’ privacy, owners can’t read conversations. You can see how many tokens your assistants use.
What if I use all my tokens?
Your assistants pause until your tokens reset at the start of the next month. You can buy extra tokens at any time to keep them running, and extra tokens don’t expire.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose and test models that run on DigitalOcean’s AI platform, and we update the lineup as better ones come out. You choose between Swift, Balanced and Genius.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your billing page. Your assistants keep working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
